Texts appear all mixed up in DirectX 11 in Windows 7

Problem:
When DirectX 11 engine is enabled in LightningChart v.7, texts appear all mixed up in some computers.
Reason:
Windows is not up to date: DirectX11 platform update has not been installed
Solution:
Install Microsoft update KB2670838 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2670838
