Problem with Top Horizontal Bars

Hi,
I have a Chart with Horizontal bar series.
Please refer the attached snapshot.
My problem is,
1. few top bars are not visible, even though their Y-Axis labels are visible. You can see in the attached image that a half of the bar is visible. but rest is not visible. (I used CustomAxisTIcks for Y-Axis)
I set 20 bars be visible in a time. But only 16 bars visible fully. 17's bar visible partially. Remaining 2 are not visible.
2. Is it possible to make the BarSeries's BarThickness change automatically when the size of the chart changes?
