I have some Error
i use this
OS : Windows10 x64, GPU : GeForce 840M, ChartVersion : 8.2.1.4001
VisualStudio 2017, X86 build(User want x86 program)
When I change the Chart Size. Then My Chart Have to Exception message In thread loop
Exception log is this

There is no sufficient details to help you.
For the start, the version you are using is 5+ year old. I haven't seen such problem at all or for a very long time. It maybe already fixed, if potentially such conflict existed.
However, it is more likely that your application violated thread-safe chart update requirement. See more in our blog.
If you have active subscription to your license, you can send your project directly to Support email, and we will investigate issue as part of inclusive technical support.
