Mac Remote Desktop client support

Do you have any guidance about using LightningCharts with a Mac remote desktop client? We have reports from testers that it works for some users and not for others in our application. I was wondering if you can help specify requirements for that situation to work (e.g., Windows server type/Mac client type).

We don't have any Macs here. Customers say LightningChart works well with the newest Parallels. Obviously we are interested in learning from your own experiences.

After testing out various configurations, it appears to be an issue with the server computer (a Windows machine) here and not the Mac client.

If remote desktop server is Windows XP, it won't work in any client, let it be a Mac or Windows PC.
