Axis scale mouse wheel behavior

Hi,
at the end of an axis scale in a ViewXy there are "grabs" for changing the minium and maximum.
Thats a very good feature, but the handling of it is annoying especially at the edge of the screen.
You have to move the mouse back to the "grabs" over and over again.
I think it would be cool if you could scroll with the mouse wheel at the ends of the scale to change the min and max of the axis.
Currently the mouse wheel scrolls the axis just up and down.
