Adding information to legend box

I have to add some additional information to the legend box based on user request. Is there any ways to do this?

The possibilities to add custom text in the legend box is near to none. Series titles (series.Title.Text) are rendered there, and in Intensity/Surface3D series also units text. Annotations would be otherwise suitable, but they are rendered before the Legend box in current version. How about if we add a new property to Annotation (RenderAfterLegendBox), do you think you could achieve what you are looking for with that?

Could you explain a little bit more what kind of text do you want to show there? Attach a picture perhaps?
